Supporting children and young people in choosing a suitable career is an important task. In cooperation with partners such as the Farmer’s Association, we organize visits to farms, dairies, and other businesses. The goal is to give young people an initial insight into various professional fields. Many are unaware of the opportunities available in the NDZ region.

Through the Opportunity Days, young people get to know different businesses, make initial contacts, and can apply for internships or trial workdays. This is another step towards a self-determined future
